The Lord wipes away our tears

Hi, God’s word for me today is in Isaiah 25:7-8 which says, “On this mountain He will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; He will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces; He will remove the disgrace of His people from all the earth, The Lord has spoken.”

So here Isaiah is saying that God is going to wipe away the tears of His people, but since were not Jews, does that mean that He will let us be destroyed? No because He is not talking about if you’re a Jew or a Gentile, or neither, he is talking spiritually, because we can be God’s people, or children, if we accept Jesus as our savior, if we are a true christian, then we are His people, because Jesus, God’s son, (although He is God too, because Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit are three in one they are the trinity) died for us, and gave us the right to be sons, and daughters, of God, thank you Jesus.

Isaiah also says that the Lord will wipe away our tears, God does love us, and it isn’t because of anything that we have done (anything we will do, or anything that we are doing), and He loved (and loves) us so much that He sent His son to die for our sins on the cross, so that we could go free of our sins, but Romans tells us that we shouldn’t keep sinning because we are dead to our sins, thank you Jesus.

Also Isaiah says that the Lord would swallow up death forever, and that has already happened, you may be asking how, because we still die, but once again he is talking spiritually, because if we accept Jesus as our savior, then when we die physically, we don’t die spiritually, thank you so much Jesus.

Do you believe that Jesus died for your sins?
