Hi, God’s word for me today is in Isaiah 2:3 which says, “Many people’s will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us His ways, so that we may walk in His paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
So (the beginning of the verse says that it is many people talking) these people wanted to go to the mountain of the Lord, because they wanted God to teach them in His ways, it also says that the law will go out from Zion, and back then you had to live by the law, you had to obey the law or you die, but it has changed for us, Jesus died for us because we can’t (we couldn’t and never will be able to) be perfect, but that is why Jesus died for us, thank you so much Jesus.
So Jesus died for us so that we can go free from our sins, He drew us to Him (or dragged, because the word drew means to drag) but, because Jesus died for us, we are now willing to even die for the gospel, because after all He died for us, it is all we can to die for the gospel,
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. (ESV Romans 12:1)
So we are holy and acceptable to God because Jesus died for us, thank you so much Jesus.
Do you believe that Jesus died for your sins?
