Covered in the blood of Jesus

Hi, God’s word for me today is in Proverbs 31:21 which says (it is talking about the wife of noble character), “When it snows, she has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet.”

So this verse is talking about the wife of noble character and it is saying that she has her family clothed in scarlet when winter comes, so they are not cold, but we can also apply this to Jesus and us, because Jesus has clothed us in scarlet, scarlet blood that is, because He died on the cross for our sins and He covered us with His blood, so that now we are righteous and holy, because on our own we could cannot be perfect, no matter how hard we try, but because Jesus died on the cross with our sins on Him we are able to go free of sin, we are slaves of Christ, and He had to take us kicking and screaming to the cross, but once we realize that Jesus loves us and that He died for our sins, we should want to accept Christ as our saviour, thank you Jesus.

So Jesus covered us with His scarlet blood so that God would look at us like He looks at Jesus, just like Moses and the mercy-seat, Moses had to sprinkle the blood of a bull without defect on the mercy-seat, and that is like Jesus, although we could call it the mercy cross, because all of Jesus blood was poured out at the cross, and Jesus had absolutely no defect (sin) in Him, because He was (and is) perfect, and so God sees us through Jesus‘ blood, thank you so much Jesus, for dying for our sins on the cross.

So Jesus died for our sins at the cross, doesn’t that make you so thankful, that He would die for us, thank you Jesus.

Do you believe that Jesus died for your sins on the cross?
