A pure heart

Hi, God’s word for me today is in Proverbs 22:11 which says, “He who loves a pure heart and whose speech is gracious will have the king for his friend.”

So if we love a pure heart and if our speech is gracious all the time (we are perfect) then we will have a king as our friend, we can see this spiritually to, not just a physical king but God, the spiritual king, not a, the, because God is the king of everything, but of course we can’t be perfect, so we are God’s enemy… but wait a second that is why Jesus died for our sins, because on our own we can’t be perfect, and Jesus came into this earth and was perfect for us, because He died on the cross giving us His perfection and righteousness and taking our sin and guilt, thank you so much Jesus.

So Jesus died on a cross even though He was (and is) perfect, and He took our sins on Him so that we could go free of our sins, but we are captive to Christ, not the bad captive like being held against our will, although Jesus did draw us to Himself, and the word draw means drag, so Jesus “dragged” us to Himself, while we were kicking and screaming, but after we learn of God’s love for us and that He died on the cross for our sins we want to stay with Jesus forever, and after we die, we will, because after Jesus died He rose on the third day and then ascended into heaven where He is preparing a place for us, I know I say that every time I write a post but it is the gospel, it is important and we need to know it, Jesus is the only thing we need, so it is important, anyway Jesus died for our sins, thank you so much Jesus.

So Jesus died for our sins and gave us His pure heart and His graciousness, which we now have, and took away our sins, and He rose to heaven because our sins are in the grave, thank you Jesus.

Do you trust that Jesus came to give you His pure heart?
