God sets us free from condemnation.

Hi, my promise is in Psalms 102:19-20 which says, The Lord looked down sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth, to hear the groans of prisoners and release those condemned to death.

So God looked down from heaven and heard (that is a figure of speech) the groans of prisoners (not physical prisoners), but before I go on I want to say that we are those prisoners because we were prisoners of sin, but if we keep going it says that he released those (us) condemned to death, we were condemned to death (not only physically) but spiritually, there had to be some way to pay for our sins, and we had to pay it, but, “God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16) so God sent his son (Jesus) to earth so that he would die for our sins, because he was perfect, and only a perfect person could pay for our sins.

So Jesus died on the cross for our sins, thank God.

Have you thanked Jesus for dying on the cross for you?
